There are 2 ways you can implement this.

In this tutorial I am using the software Descript, which I purchased.

1. You can use a tool such as Repurpose.io and it will automatically re-post your videos to other social networks.

The downside to this is you have less control over how the video looks on each network with lower video editing quality.

In this tutorial I use Descript to create shorts with those cool text overlays, then I upload them to multiple social networking websites using Buffer (which is free for 3 social accounts).
