Purchases & Refunds

Your credit card or Paypal purchase may have declined. Our credit card processing company screens for fraudulent cards before it processes the order. If you have any further issues please use our contact form and we will look into the API receipt of your order.
We do not offer a refund on our courses once you have signed up and paid. You can give us feedback on why you did not enjoy the course or why you would want a refund and we will work towards fixing the course issues you have found.
When we give out our coupons they will most likely be on a 1 person per use basis. You can enter your coupon code at the end of the checkout process and it will discount the total or your order.

Missing mobile purchase
If you purchased a course on iOS or Android, it's possible that the course was not registered to your account. Please email your purchase receipt to helpyou@educo.com.
