1. Shopify revenue growth – Create a youtube channel

The first step in this guide for Shopify revenue growth is to create a Youtube account.

All you need to do is go to Youtube and sign up for an account.

Once you are there create a new page and brand it with a banner and logo.

If you don’t have any design skills you can use Canva to create a Youtube banner.

How many products does your Shopify store have?

If your store has over 10 products things will be a bit easier as you will have a copy and paste job.

If you are a one product drop shipping store…

Well…

You are going to have to write some content about your product.

(If you are stuck for ideas, try writing as much details information about your product as possible and use it on your product page for SEO)

Login to lumen5 and select the Youtube or Facebook video format.

If you want to do a video on one product select the URL option and paste your product URL in.

If you want to create a top 5 video you the paste text option.

Create as many videos as you can, get creative and optimize each video with the Tube-buddy plugin.

In the YouTube video description keep your product link URL and your social media channels at the top of the description.

Fill the YouTube description area with as much content as you can about your products, you can copy and paste.

Now lets great ready to increase you Shopify annual revenue!

3. Shopify revenue growth – Create a google merchant account and upload your product feed

The next step to increase Shopify revenue is to create a google merchant account.

There may be a few Shopify apps to increase sales, but this google feed merchant plugin for Shopify is what you will need to get your products listed.

To get started go to https://apps.shopify.com/ and search for “Google merchant”

I filtered the apps by free and it came up with a big selection.

Install the app and follow the instructions to upload your feed to the Google merchant center.

Once you have completed this process.

Just sit back and relax.

Your feed should be approved within 24 hours.



4. Shopify revenue growth – Create your first google shopping PPC add campaign

Login to your Google Adwords account and click the button to create a new campaigns.

When you create your campaign I like to select sales as the objective.

Shopify Google shopping actions are important for sales.

The next trick is to re-market display ads to people who have visiting your Youtube videos and website.

Make sure you target users according to your desired demographic.

To get started you need to tweak a few settings first.

Go to your Google Merchant center and turn on dynamic remarketing

Next go to your Google Adwords account and connect your Youtube channel as a source for remarketing.

The next step is to setup your remarketing campaign.

You can re-marketing to people who have viewed your shopping campaigns, visited your website and also people who have viewed your Youtube channel based on your add criteria for targeting.

6. Shopify revenue growth – Capture shopify google Adwords conversions

We need to record all of the Shopify Google Adwords conversions so we can optimize campaigns in the future.

The first step if you haven’t already is to setup a Google Analytics account for your website with a conversion goal configured.

Second thing needed is to connect your Adwords account to your Google Analytics property so you can monitor your campaigns.

You can do this from the same settings area where you connected your Youtube account.

You can also search the Shopify app area and install an app to help you with this.

Once you have all of this setup all you need to do is increase or decrease your add spend while tweaking your target audience.



7. Shopify revenue growth – capture leads from customers who don’t buy like a pro

Each time a user visits your website you are paying for the click.

You should capture their email for future email marketing.
